Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct daily operations and long-term development of school programs across Accounts, Human Resources, and Safety.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of education programs, ensuring activities are age-appropriate and compliant with school policies.

  • Monitor student attendance and maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios.

  • Develop and implement institutional policies and procedures in collaboration with board members and staff.

  • Manage human and material resources, ensuring compliance with educational regulations.

  • Oversee staff scheduling, hiring, and payroll functions to guarantee coverage and efficiency.

  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to staff, cultivating a positive workplace culture.

  • Develop human capital strategies and strengthen organizational culture.

  • Coordinate curriculum-related compliance with government agencies.

  • Track program revenue and oversee budgets to meet financial objectives.

  • Direct and monitor facility safety and sanitation.

  • Enforce student behavior expectations and communicate emergencies to parents and administration.

  • Serve as the primary parent liaison, managing communication, feedback, and engagement.

  • Coordinate parent meetings and community events to foster strong relationships.


Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 24 months in the offered position or a related operations management role.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).

Special Skills and Certifications:

  • CPR/AED Certification (must possess or obtain within 30 days of hire).

  • Leadership-related certificates preferred.

  • Organizational management certificate preferred.

Technical and Professional Skills:

  • Experience with financial management software and accounting principles.

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software for data analysis.

  • Ability to interpret financial and HR reports and contribute to annual planning.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with parents, faculty, and administrators.

  • Familiarity with emergency procedures and school safety standards.

  • Ability to manage parent communications, including newsletters, emails, and meetings.
